This special "Galentines" Edition event will bring lots of laughs before you leave feeling Pretty Dangerous! This event is instructed by Shayla Waldburger who has a heart for empowering women with 10+ years of martial arts experience.

Leave the kids at home for this hilarious self-defense class! This adult couples only event is for ages 18+
Instructed by 5X award winning UFC Veteran, TJ and Shayla Waldburger.

IMPORTANT EVENT  INFORMATION

LOCATION: Grappler's Lair MMA - 120. N Penelope St., Belton, TX 76513

WHAT TO WEAR:Modest athletic clothing with no zippers or buckles that may puncture the mats. Denim and cargo shorts are not allowed. All jewelry must be removed. 

WHAT TO BRING: Water and sandals/slides for walking off the mats and to the restroom. All classes are done barefoot with no socks allowed.


THE FOLLOWING ARE NOT ALLOWED IN CLASS:

- LONG/SHARP ACRYLIC NAILS
- HAIR CLIPS
- "BUTT SCRUNCH" LEGGINGS/SHORTS
-TUTUS/TULLE
-ZIPPERS
-BUCKLES
-METAL OR HARD EMBELLISHMENTS
- HOODS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN JIU-JITSU CLASSES
